We are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services that meet or exceed your expectations. We aim to start work on your project within 1 business day after receiving all necessary information and materials. Should we encounter any delays, we will notify you promptly.
3. Refund Policy
a) Missed Deadline: In the rare event that we fail to initiate work on your project within 1 business day, we offer you the option for a full refund. Please reach out to our support team, and we will promptly process your refund within 3 business days.
b) Unsatisfactory Results: If, after the second attempt, you are not satisfied with the quality of our work or if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services, you have the right to request a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of the second attempt, and we will initiate the refund process within 3 business days.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project execution, we request that you:
- Provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to our queries and requests for feedback.
- Abide by the agreed-upon payment schedule.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitivity of the information you share with us. Rest assured, all information provided to us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property
a) Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the content you provide to us for use in our digital marketing efforts.
b) Our Work: Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, all deliverables become your property, and you gain full rights to use them as you see fit.
7. Termination of Services
You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. Any payments made prior to the termination date will not be refundable. However, if we fail to deliver services as per the agreed terms, you reserve the right to a refund as outlined in Section 3.
